Log in to your account with email and password. Then, select "Order Status" to check and track the status of order handling. Does Fashion4everyone.com provide a receipt or invoice? Domestic orders: an invoice/receipt will be sent 7 days after your order is sent out. International orders: we will provide an invoice for your reference. Do I need to register for membership before I can order your merchandise? Yes, membership is simple and easy. You only need to enter your email and password. |
To retrieve a forgotten password, click on the Login tab, then click the "Forgot Your Password" link. You will be asked to enter your registered email address. We will then send your password to this email address. Can I pick up my merchandise after I make an order in the CHLOECHEN online store? CHLOECHEN online shopping is a different system from the stores, therefore customers cannot pick up merchandise purchased online in CHLOECHEN stores. What should I do if the payment deadline has expired? Your order will be kept in the system for 3 days to allow you time to make your payment. Once the payment deadline has expired, your order will be canceled. Therefore, if payment is delayed, please re-order online. If you choose ATM transfer to pay for your order, the system will provide you an ATM virtual account number to transfer payments. Once the payment deadline has expired, this account will no longer exist and your order will be canceled. (Note: virtual account can only complete the transfer via ATM machines, and you cannot make a transfer remittance in banks or make a transfer online.)
